Eco-design of tooling and parts
Our in-house design office, composed of 4 project engineers, is here to:
- Assess feasibility of your specifications, solve technical challenges, and reduce complexity: this is the design phase
Our mastery of CAD tools allows us to anticipate injection constraints and ensure fast and efficient development.
- Co-develop specifications with your team, taking into account your technical and design requirements: this is co-design
Our technical teams collaborate with you to design optimized plastic parts: material selection, geometry, ergonomics, mechanical strength…

Whenever possible, we offer:
- rheology studies to optimize mold thermal behavior and reduce cycle times

Production tooling & prototype molds – Made in France
Tooling is at the heart of a successful plastic injection project. Its design and manufacturing are key to securing your production. It is not just a shaping tool—it is your production tool.
Our teams ensure the quality, precision, and durability of tooling, while integrating requirements for production rate, finishing, and maintenance.
We handle the design, manufacturing, and full monitoring of molds, in partnership with qualified toolmakers. These tools are produced with local partners located within 100 km of Clisson, ensuring optimal follow-up.
For recurring customers with budget constraints, ADI also develops complete tooling solutions in collaboration with its Romanian partner PFR.
Mold Fitting (Adjustment)
The goal of mold fitting is to adjust the different mold components so that the entire assembly works perfectly.
Even with precise machining, functional clearances must be fine-tuned to avoid issues such as tolerance stack-up that can lead to misalignment.
This is precision work carried out by our expert mold fitters.
Mold fitting is an essential step to transform machined components into a reliable mechanism and to secure your future production.
Preventive Maintenance and Tooling Repair
Because a high-performance mold is key to productivity, we provide preventive maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of your tooling.
Our objective: extend tool life, avoid production downtime, and ensure long-term manufacturing reliability.
Our in-depth knowledge of processes and customer needs allows ADI to offer preventive maintenance operations as well as guidance on tooling use.
Thanks to our experience, responsiveness, and partner network, we can intervene urgently either on-site at the customer’s premises or in our facility. Our agile structure allows flexible resource allocation to meet urgent needs.
ADI also maintains a large stock of standard components, reducing dependency on sometimes long supply lead times.
Process Optimization and Injection Trials
Process setup aims to optimize mold performance under real production conditions.
ADI carries out injection trials and small production runs using its 4 injection molding machines:
- 2500T LGH equipped with a YUDO robot
- 1000T KraussMaffei equipped with a Sepro robot
- 350T KraussMaffei equipped with a Sepro robot
- 50T Arburg without robot
Our modern machine park allows us to perform material trials, small series, and large-scale production under optimal quality and consistency conditions.
We ensure strict monitoring of process parameters, full traceability, and quality control at every stage.
Our priority: deliver compliant, reliable, and ready-to-use plastic parts.
To simplify logistics for our customers, we maintain a stock of boxes and bags for urgent needs and can also provide specific packaging solutions through a local partner.
Series Injection Production
Once mold trials and initial pre-series parts are validated, we produce your injection molding runs using the four machines mentioned above.

Assembly and Welding of Plastic Parts
To go further in product integration, we master several assembly technologies:
- Vibration welding for strong, leak-tight assemblies
- Spin welding for cylindrical parts
- Hot plate welding for flat, aesthetic surfaces
- Ultrasonic staking for precise and clean fastening
These processes ensure both functional and aesthetic consistency of your plastic subassemblies, ready for integration into your finished products.
