When I grow up, I’ll work in plastic injection.
At 8 years old, you dream of saving animals or piloting rockets—not molding polymers at 250°C.
And yet.
Without us, there would be no automotive parts, no syringes, no building bricks, no toilet seats, no fiber optic enclosures…
In fact, not much of what makes the modern world… practical.
At ADI, we don’t just manufacture plastic.

That said, the plastics industry is often perceived by the general public as:

A lack of shine. And yet, our workshops are highly equipped, run by technicians who code almost as much as they tighten bolts.

Yes, plastic has a bad image.
But every day, we innovate to do better: recycle, reuse, rethink materials.
Our challenge is to help invent sustainable plastics and a more responsible industry—and that’s something to be proud of.
A somewhat rigid industrial culture.
The same processes for 30 years, the same vocabulary, the same roles.
