Design department<\/h3>\n

Six CAD designers including one apprentice and four with an average of over 22 years\u2019 experience in mould design. The design department staff can provide any type of service (assessments, tooling studies, prototype or mass production tools, modifications) in all of the technologies offered by ADI (injection, blow-moulding, compression, vibration welding, etc.)<\/p>\n

Tool room<\/h3>\n

Seven fitters including 2 under 26 years old, and four with an average of 28 years\u2019 experience in fitting moulds. All fitters are able to provide any type of service (polishing, milling, turning, grinding, spotting, and fitting) in all the technologies offered by ADI (injection, blow-moulding, compression, vibration welding, etc.).<\/p>\n

This department also manages the vibration welding tooling and welding tests.<\/p>\n

Injection department<\/h3>\n

An injection technician with 25 years\u2019 experience.<\/p>\n

The injection technician is responsible for fitting\/removing the mould from the injection machines, setting the injection parameters, setting the gripper, reworking parts, if necessary, and packing them. He also provides first-level maintenance as well as managing the material stocks.<\/p>\n

Administration department<\/h3>\n

An executive assistant and a person in charge of accessories shop, amongst other functions, look after the ERP system to ensure the smooth running of the business.<\/p>\n
